taobao.com issues

Has anyone brought anything from taobao.com, I have trouble with it, at the time of checkout it takes me to alipay and ask for pin, not sure what to enter. I have an account with alipay, but pin used there does not seems to work.

Please suggest

If you want to buy from taobao you need to check out an agent for taobao(ex superbuy,basetao etc)
