So i kind of launched an one man attack on TCL on youtube and twitter and got this response after about an week. Any messages that you guys want to share?

Most brands have a social media presence and most of them are bots or outsourced teams. Unless you see an intelligent response from them, do not put to much effort into it. Your input will be going into a giant customer feedback database, and the reps intention is to close that public discussion thread to create the appearance of your queries were addressed.

yup that is the correct video as i can see my own comment. They must have hidden it, that's the only explanation i can think of. You can leave your separate and personal comment anyway, lets see how they respond.
edit: on my screenshot posted here i can clearly see there were 11 comments including 4 in mine. So if you remove my 4 comments that gives us 7, and i just counted the comments in that video, and there are 7 comments excluding mine. Such bastards.

Sneaky bastards. Sure, I will. Infact, when I first came here, I suggested doing this only by banding together and creating a social media shitstorm for these companies. Of course, no one came together. Two is a start though. Let's take them down!

let's kick them where it hurts. These influencers have much more reach than this TCL India page, and these companies hold them dear to their heart. Find my name there, im running a thread there also. And it wont get hidden hopefully. Also lets tag them on twitter, they cant hide shit. Comment on every damn post they share on twitter.

Shows 7 to me also but i can see my comment. Anyway i have sent them a mail which they asked for, once i get a reply from them i'll raise this issue and take screenshots and post everywhere. Waiting to hear their defense first.
