Technics SL-1200mk2 for Sale at 35k

Just saw a Technics SL1200mk2 up for sale on OLX Chandigarh. Priced at 35k.

However, used by a DJ :indifferent14:

Do you reckon this price is fair for this model ? Is there a price difference between 1200 mk2 and 1210 mk2?

IIRC SL-1200 is a US model with 110V operation and SL1210 is a european model with 220V operation. Apart from that SL1200 would be in silver colour and SL1210 in black colour.

Considering the condition(as apparent from the pic+no 45 adaptor) and history(used for DJ-ing), definitely. Further maintenance and up-gradation(cart, Mat etc.) will add to the cost.

For DJ usage tonearm does not need rest.

Btw headshell is also not OEM. While moving it places DJ also damages main bearings of platter. Tonearm bearing condition is unknown and missing 45 rpm adapter along with dustcover.

Haa haa. Oh, BTW you may also see a lot of corrosion in the inside due to some spilling of Alcohol and other stuff

Mint quality SL 1200 tables go for 200-250$+shipping on fleabay. This is a rip off really.
