Microtek Online UPS -NM36MX1KK11 -1KVA/800W
Transfer time AC to bypass mode - 4ms (typical 2.5ms)
iBall Nirantar Online UPS 1006B (1 KVA)
Transfer Time AC to DC 0ms
Inverter to Bypass -4 ms Typical
CyberPower Online S Series -OLS1000E
Transfer Time (Typical) 0ms
Liebert GXT MT+ 1 kVA Online UPS
Transfer time - Mains to battery - 0ms
Inverter to Bypass - Synchronization mode - 4ms
But cant find detailed information on CyberPower if that 0ms represents for Inverter to Bypass mode. If it is true then strictly based on typical time- CyberPower is best with 0ms followed by Microtek with 2.5ms.
Now can someone explain whats inverter to bypass mode, AC to DC mode, Mains to battery mode and how it is relevant to choosing a Online v/s line interactive UPS.
Also anyone with experiences of the above brands can share their views. Microtek and iball are cheap but is it worth it to pay premium price for Cyberpower and Liebert for the same 1kva.
