Treble below expectation in Denon 1910

I bought Denon 1910 with KEF IQ10 bookshelves speakers, I have tried all option (Audessey included), but found that the high frequencies are not very prominent and sound very low. currently Iam running CD,MP3 and Tuner. The Bass is good but overall the high range is not that good. I have boosted the treble to +6db and have also changed the Manual EQ as well.

Please can someone suggest, if I need to add extra tweeters or do I need to tweek something in the receiver.

some of the Kef spk dont produce high freq that good(like wharf 9.1)
If you are looking for crisp sound,try connecting different spk & confirm.
