My friend was supposed to hand carry a few Shure cartridges for me last Month from the US however that did not materialize.

I am really in need of a good set of Quality Phono Cartridges for me TTs.

That said, I am looking at ordering the same from KABUSA along with a few small accessories as well.

Do any FMs have any buying experience from KABUSA and their products being shipped to India? I think they do ship to India. Will I face any Customs issues for a package worth less the 10,000/- INR?

In past I bought from him, Kevin is thorough gentleman. For small packages he declares value and you have to pay 30% duty. Just ask him if he can use registered postal services. In my case, I either hand carried or used SnS.

Kavin @ KABUSA is great to deal with.He has a good knowledge especially for Technics 1200 series of TTs.I have bought few items from KABUSA,never paid any duty.Its depend upon custom officer.You may have been charged 30%(max)duty on declared value.
