This is my first post. My Onida TV just giving problem too much.

Planing to buy a new TV.

Shall I go for the CRT or LCD ?

Budget is < 25000

Extend your budget to 5k more and get the Panasonic 42X30D. Its a 42 incher and best plasma in that range.

Hi Dear,

<25K budget you can go for 32inch LCD try in these brands i.e. Toshiba, Akai, JVC & Videocon. I hope you will find some better deal in Toshiba.

unless you are too particularly favorable to crt PQ, get a Plasma. As oders mentioned above, you should get 32" close 2 your budget. I would say Plasma first and then probably LED just in case you like jazzed-up pictures. Im not an expert but i wouldnt go for LCD wen plasma gives most accuarate PQ or LED for its sleek looks. Though not as accurate as Plasma, PQ on LED is pretty gud provided you chose a gud model. But in your budget, you will have 2 settle for a smaller size than what you get wid Plasma or LCD.
