The original anime was unwatchable because of stupid fillers but non fillers were ok. Naruto Shippuden's much better but even that is loaded with filler later on.
Personally I find both bleach and naruto mass market, lack luster anime.
One piece on the other hand is truly creative.
Uchuu Kyodai is another brilliant anime.
yu yu hakusho is a precursor to bleach and totally crushes bleach in terms of raw action.

Basilisk _ amazing masterpiece
Berserk - Well planned plot much to my liking still needs the squeal which is supposed to be aired sometime this or next year!!

Naruto - Started out as a semi comical Anime Now emerging into a very serious plot!! (I need catching up didnt watch since over a year..)
Bleach - Personally like from Ep- 23- 56 (Ichigo Vs Kenpachi) later the fillers killed my interests so.. picking up slowly.!!
