TV unresponsive after turned on, automatically landing in Netflix page and frozen, remote not responsive, I changed remote and batteries still no go.

I Own a VU65 inches TV, recently had display issue but still working fine. Presently when I switch on the TV it lands directly on the Netflix login page and TV is running but no response from remote changed battery and remote and tried but still doesn't work. Unable to do hard reset as remote is not working not moving to any screens because of this

Remove the power plug from wall socket.
Wait for 10 minutes and try again.

Try connecting a mouse and try the navigation.

you can also try connecting a firestick or apple tv to see you can play your content via those.

+1. But no need to wait for 10 minutes. A minute or two should suffice I guess.

In addition, also remove the batteries from the remote for the above period.
