Unable to send PM or contact friend in my list

Hi All,
Im still unable to send pm for fellow members and not even able to know the email id of my friends. How to rectify it ? Doeas moderators have to approve anything ? PLease throw some light on this.
I dont think I can openly give my personal email id on the forums , right ?

The private messaging option is now enabled in my UserCP settings. I want to delete thread now as it has no significance.Can Moderators delete this thread ?

i cannot send a pm either. i am interested in a sale but am unable to send a pm.

The FM has to reach a minimum of 10 posts before s/he can send a PM.
