Upgrading of crossover of spkrs Jamo Concert 830 / D8 : Help needed around ahmedabad

I have a pair of Jamo Concert D8 or 830 , and i wish to upgrade its crossover , particularly replacing/ upgrading cpas , resistors, wires etc. It is difficult to pack and ship these spks to distant outstation. I wonder if there is some electronic technician of hobbyist in around Ahmedabad who can help me to do this replacement / upgrade task for me. Contact any local PA speaker shop. Technicians there can do the job you are looking for. Safe bet is to go in for higher quality components without changing the values.
