Hi guys,

I got a good deal in timtara. currently i got 3 LCD which fits into my budget. Can you please suggest me which one is better?

1)LG 32CS410 LCD 32" HD TV -> 20k
2)Sony KLV-32BX350 32" HD LCD TV->25k
3) Panasonic 32" LCD TV - L32C4D -> 20k

Please let me know which is a better deal ?

I think the Sony BX is better due to better USB support. I have a 22 BX350 and its only problem is horizontal viewing angle which the 32 inch edition does not suffer from. Also you can getr extended warranty with this at separate price

One should always decide based on the PQ while purchasing any TV. Rest everything is an add-on...

hi,

Went thro' some buying experience for 32" LCD recently which I can share. Was looking for something for my mother and my requirements was a nice picture + a clear sound (for all the serials :-) ). The audio requirement came up since she does not need a 5.1 or additional soundbar. Needed something simple she could handle.

I was surprised with the SHARP Aquos LC-32L450M model. This has a nice picture and clear sound since the speakers are placed at the bottom of the screen and are forward firing (most others are bottom firing and sound different under different mounting conditions).

The biggest surprise was the extent of inputs -S-video input, 3 HDMI, USB...

Purchase price 20K (MRP 30K).

is it with manu warranty...latest toshiba and pana lcds 32 inch are also very cheap.otherwise u can get always a sony semi hd simplest feutures for your mother for serial purpose.around 25k......
and go for the picture in a tv.no other feutyure like many input, sound etc.u can always buy a 2.1 pc spekaer at 1500 and just add it.....no separate control for it.

I think for someone looking for a TV in 25K Range I do believe that TV should be a complete package rather than just a TV which displays its picture. Multiple inputs is must for STB, DVD Player support otherwise later on you would have to end up buying separate input switcher with different remote / manual changing of switch. Again if your TV does not have USB where would you show your family pics on Pen Drives? Separate 2.1 speaker is okay but how would you control the relative volumes of TV and Speakers especially with varying sound levelsin different channels?

If someone has budget for TV and ready to spend additional 10 - 20 K for add ons then obviously making sure for best PQ stands good.

Before buying from online site, just verify their credentials.

- Do they handle the customer properly?
- What about after sales follow up?
- Deliveries in time or not?
- Relaiability in everything?

If you find problem with the TV later, you will have to fight it out.

Does anyone remeber the poem, "For want of a Shoe, the Battle was lost"?

My father has a Panasonic LCD and I have a Sony, both 32". Sony has better PQ but Panasonic Model has better panel built quality and it seems that it will run longer than mine.

Panasonic > Longevity
Sony > Picture quality

all of above point is very true.........my point was just to stay away from marketing bgimmicks of tv companys ..having many feutures which we will hardly use.:)

My Gentle suggestion : Buy any LCD TV but extend its warranty + 2 years.

Though LCD lifetime is calculated around 10 years, there is much possibility of defective panels which will cost you huge amount(80% of original TV price) in future. This is the reason why all LCD TVs have only 1 year warranty.

i am regular buyer from online so far i didnt had any bad experiences from 120 products i purchased from last 3 years ! but any product after sales will be not up to the mark u have to run around people to get the job done.I bought a nokia phone recently from nokia exclusive showroom and after 3 days the screen went off:mad: luckily nokia service ppl agreed that it was device fault otherwise my 10k would have gone for toss !
