urgent plz help plasma p42u30d or p46u20d

hello evrbdy i m planning to buy panasonic plasma bcs its best may b m wrng bt i like it ...i hv seen two plsmas p42u30d and p46u20d nw the pblm is dat m vry cnfused ...both plasma is in my range p42u20d costing around 43000rs nd p46u20d 49000rs both negotiable nw im cnfused dat wat shud i buy p46 or p42 bcs 46 dnt hv dlna,wifi,optical out, bt it hv bigger screen nd p42u30d hv all these specs bt 4 inches small i can tradeoff for internet wifi option bt is optical out is dat usable..i prefered p46 bcs of its big screen plz suggest me which plasma shud i buy?.the salesman told me dat both plsma hvng same picture quality is it true nd it only differ in wifi cnnectivity

At this price, definitely go for 42U30. The U20 is 2010 model and lacks many features of U30. The MRP of 46U20 is around 75K. If you are interested in a larger screen, you can definitely start bargaining at 50% discount, pointing out the discount rates of premium models like VT20 and the lack of features of u30s. At this discount it will be good to have.

god2007 i m gtng 46u20d at 48k negotiable may b ill gt 1000 less so it will bcum 47k ...will it worth a buy ....the picture quality of p42u30d nd p46u20d is it same or some diffrence ....i luv big screen as i said net is nt a matter dor me bt picture quality matter a lots so plz temme

Go for the bigger size. Size does matter at least for TVs.

i also think like dat bigger is better bt wat bout pq i want sum expert opinion on pq for me the picture quality matter most . Salesman told me that p42u30d nd p46u20d hvng same picture quality so y not go for the bigger size ? bt may b the salesman is wrng i hv seen the demo of both bt at diffrnt places so dint compare side by side

Picture quality is almost same. U30 has extra features that U20 does not have. If you are looking for plain vanilla TV viewing the 46U20 is better.

Thnks blasto hey blasto can u plz teeme whr can i find p42gt20 in delhi or in ncr region its 3d nd its hvng neopdp my first priority is this plasma its in my budget if m rght it will b around 48k to 50k as i have read in forum bt dnt knw whr to gt it from delhi i hv called 4 5 dealers in delhi bt they sayng that dey dnt hv it if i cudn gt gt20 il go fo 46u20 or mayb 42u30

I am not aware of where it is available in Delhi. Only Bangalore members were able to locate it. If you can find one, dont hesitate. The U20/U30 cannot stand a chance in front of the GT.

Also if you find a 42V20 for ~50 k (which I think is available in delhi), pounce on it. It is better than GT for 2D but without 3D.

It will play 2d content same as dedicated 2d plasma for sure. don't worry.

i m nt finding ny gt20 in delhi till now nd those 1 or 2 dealer hvng it quoting price of 70 to 80k way too high in this price i can gt st nd vt series if i hav that budget my budget is around 50k max
