VFM TV for guest bed room

What would you recommend? The idea is to put one TV in the guest bedroom where there is no cable/DTH. Would be used sparingly, but for watching xvids/x264. Will not have a home theater attached. I am thinking a 32 inch would suffice room is 12x12 sq. ft.

A Toshiba 32AV700E would suffice - you should be able to get it for 20K-21K. There is a Sharp and Panasonic 32" selling for similar prices...but I like the Toshiba for its piture quality. Check for yourself.
