Ok here is the deal, I have a Samsung 40es6200 R, and a samsung hw f450 soundbar, and videocon d2h HD box.
Issue is that I have setup the tv, d2h, and soundbar as per soundbar manual, and whenever I switch to watch movies via tv usb and put soundbar on appropriate mode ie digital input, the soundbar should get audio through tv back via AUDIO RETURN CHANNEL, it sometimes does that automatically but not always
Now samsung guy came home and tells me that it's videocon d2h stb issue and people all over having this issues, and there is no issues on other dth stb's
I also think that it's videocon d2h stb issue because whenever I disconnect stb from its power source the audio return channel works all the time, literally, but whenever it's powered and connected to soundbar via hdmi cable, it only works 10 percent of the time
Anybody with videocon d2h having any issues on audio return channel on their receiver?
