Vu 40inch @ 32k

I am getting vu 40inch full hd with A+ panel, salesman claims its spl offer price with2 yrs onsite warranty, I hv no idea abt current vu prices.

Can u guys suggest abt vu picture quality, should i go for it? I like overall qualiy.

You could save yourself 2k and get the same from Ebay @30k:

I came across this one @ Croma yesterday - and from a noob's pov - the picture seemed most "relaxed" on the eyes (to me, coming from a CRT, everything else felt too harsh/bright).

Apart from the unknown brand, is there any big downside of Vu? Have not come across many comments online - which might just indicate few problems

Were you able to get some information regarding VU 40 inch LCD model? I am also planning to buy this TV as it suits my budget.
