Want to sell LD460 which is yet to be delivered !

After long research @ hifivision i booked my tv (LG LD460 42") on 7th of nov.

But due to shortage of stock from LG in festive month, delivery took long and its 8th of dec still hasn't delivered yet . Yesterday i got call from dealer (BIG BAZAAR ) that it will take couple of more days to deliver the model.

1. I will sell it as i'm no more interested in new tv whichever model it is

2. Even if it is delivered in couple of days i will sell it straightaway without tampering the seal

3. I can not cancel the deal and take the cash as it was bought in the festive scheme.

Big Bazaar is a horrid place to buy high end electronics, what were u thinking? Also is strange, The the 460 shouldn't be in short supply, unlike the much coveted PK550 or the LD650, it's Big Bazaar who's to blame.

I took my 47LD650 from Mahavir electronics and it took 2 weeks to get this delivered as this model was not available anywhere in pune even with LG warehouse.
At the same time the 42LD460 was available in most of the stores.

Since bigbazaar was not able to deliver the product on time you always have right to cancel your order and they should give full refund.
Just tell them that you are going to send a notice from consumer court and see their reaction.

Better put a hold on delivery pick something else that is in your mind or else take the refund...

i think shortage is true, because when i gone to buy this lcd i visited more than 10 shops, no one have stock of this lcd.they said that it will available within 1 or 2 week . finally i visited one shop with my friend who is tv retailer, then i bought it for 46000 .earlier it was 44000, due to shortage i paid 2000rs more(i.e 46k)
