Where to get Cambridge Audio repaired in Powai?

My Cambridge Audio 650 A stereo amps left channel output has dropped significantly.
I checked to ensure that the problem is with the Amp by switching the following components:

switched speakers, speaker cables, amp input audio cables , crossed the input cables one by one. The left channel was weak always. Of course ensured that the balance is set at centre.

I can't think of any other check except to give the Amp for repair. Please help.

Best is to take it to an authorised service centre. I however got my transport (CA CDP) repaired by a service centre in Andheri. Did a good job but charged on the higher side, I feel. Check PM.

My 840 Azur CDP has been misbehaving lately so I wrote to CA in the UK, who asked me to get in touch with their authorised dealers Pro Fx. I called up Customer care, told them about my problem and requested them to give me their authorised service centre contact details for Pune/Mumbai. The first guy did not know anything about their service centres, but assured me that they would soon get back to me, which they never did. Over 2 months have passed since this conversation, so I guess they never will.

A week or so later I called them again, someone else answered, who again did not know of any of their service centres in Pune/Mumbai, but advised me to courier the CDP to their facility in Delhi or Gurgaon. I politely declined, saying I had no faith in the courier companies to carry it to Delhi and bring it back to me in one piece. He then gave me the contact details of one Rajput Electronics in Andheri. I contacted them, but I was unable to visit them as I happened to be traveling on business soon thereafter. I shall do so when I return.

I would greatly appreciate knowing if this is the same place you got your CDP serviced and your assessment of their abilities.

Sorry to hear about the agony you had to face in getting it serviced.
The technician I was talking about is KGB electronics I think.
The location is somewhere near 19.144704, 72.830837.
But please proceed with caution as I have very limited experience in dealing with them.

I want to share my experience.

Set out to give my Amp for repair at KGN electronics suggested by FM Santy and landed at Rajput electronics by mistake as I mixed up the addresses.
The setup of M/S Rajput electronics is minimal and they do not have qualified technicians. After keeping my amp with him for three days during which period he once confirmed that the repair has been done and I can collect the Amp - he back tracked and said that the repair can not be done by him.
So picked it up and gave it to KGN electronics. He was able to repair in two days , though the charges were very steep. The amp is in working condition now, though i still feel that my left channel is slightly weak. KGN attributes this to a defective balance pot !!

I am indeed sorry that Rajput Electronics turned out to be a dud. This is the problem in our great country. If one cannot trust the authorised Dealer to guide you correctly where does one go?

Guys, can anyone help me with service center for Cambridge Audio in Hyderabad or nearby cities?
My CXN is not powering up.
