Hi Friends

i almost bought a Tata Photon dongle ... i gave the guy 2500 as three months advance rental, and he said the dongle will be free of charge

Now he calls and tells me that this package is only for 3G and not for 2G... sonds little kanky

iam confused what to do... i tried caling to their call center... but not getting any human on phone ... going round n round in IVR

My usage is very less, just to connect to office via vpn and check emails etc

which one is better prepaid or post paid ?

If your usuage is "very less" as you specified, go for prepaid. There are options in Airtel, BSNL which has 3G prepaid. You can recharge as low as 103Rs. Is there any reason that you had taken Tata? Airtel, BSNL can get you connected in remote areas - proven. If non-3G areas, you get connected in 2G. Service calls - Airtel is better.
