Which Home Theater for Samsung UA40EH5000R LED TV...??

Hi friends,

I recently purchased a 40" Samsung LED TV (UA40EH5000R) and I am quite amazed with its picture quality. However, I was surprised to find that couldn't connect my 4.1 ch speaker system to it. :sad:

Can anyone confirm if this TV can connect to any Home Theater or not? And if yes, suggest what kind of Home Theater systems are suitable for it.

Does it have any optical out? or atleast headphone out? If no then there is no way. But you can connect your dth and other devices to home theater directly for sound. If you are using cable tv then upgrade to hd dth to enjoy the full capability of your tv.

How much you paid for this TV?

You should have read the specs before buying this model if home theatre connectivity was important, it doesnt come with optical out and the headphone out will definitely not have enough power to drive the speakers.

Currently I tried my Intex 4.1 speakers which is otherwise connected to my desktop. I am planning to purchase a good home theater for my living room. Well, it has a headphone jack, but speakers dont work there, I already tried it. I do have an Airtel DTH (STB), but it doesn't have any output for home theater. Does HD boxes have it?
