I'm Planning to buy this tv for my house.

I'll be buying it grey, so wanna know how mush should i settle for?

Also how is it compared to the 40"Bx420, i'm getting it for 34.5k (grey market price Mumbai)

Also, do lemme know what options d ihave in the same range.

My requirements : Good PQ, 40" screen size, Good connectivity options- Xbox 360 or even PC for that matter, Media playback capabilities through USB, Good viewing angles!

I am also planning to but the same TV. Was earlier going for BX400 but then opted to wait for this.

It is better than BX420 and has more features.
I asked for grey market price for both (at Alpha): BX420 for 40k and CX520 for 42k.

Where did you get quote fro 34.5k? What is the price for CX520?

Bro, now i'm getting the bx420 for 32k and the cx520 quoted price is 40.5k, negotiable. All these prices from a seller named rajesh who deals in thailand made/imported sony, panasonic, toshiba, etc products here in Mumbai.

Saw CX520 and BX400 tv's in action, but dint like them coz of the refresh rate lag (50hz).

Also, the cx does play more formats than the bx series, but still lacks the format support that a samsumg series 5 gives!

Its a hell of a confusion, picture quality is fine with the sony's aswell as the samsung tvs!

Wanted to consider the Panasonic Plasma's in the same range, but my housemates are against old tech for some reasons i dont understand!
