Yamaha DSP-e380 Problem

Hi all
I Turned on amp which i bought 2nd hand after connecting gale 4 speakers and a sub it worked for about 5 mins then the power button went red but the display is still on,the red light does not flash off and on just stays red any help would be appreciated before i bin it.

This indicates the amp gone into protection mode...

Disconnect the mains from the power socket......check again all speaker connections....see if connected properly at speaker terminals on amp...hope the wires are not torn or cut in between which may cause the shorting issue....

Also are the speakers connected of proper impedance? Has the amp become hot? the speakers need to be appropriately matched......

After 15-20 mins try turning on the amp and drive the same at low volumes....ensure all connections are in order before you switch on......

Check online for resetting the amp if the issue persists.
