Have you checked the input selector? Have you checked the speaker selector (A/B)? If not check these two first. I have AS500 and after periodic dusting/cleaning I do face the issue that you are facing. In most cases, it's either one of these. What I understood from the attachment (Pic no. 1) that you had hooked Left speaker wires into 'Speaker B' and Right speaker wires into 'Speaker A' terminal. In my opinion, get your left and right speaker wires into either 'Speaker A' or 'Speaker B' terminal and press speaker selector button accordingly
Good luck.

A couple of issues observed . Listing them below.

1. First and foremost the way the speaker cable is trimmed is wrong. There is copper visible and that can touch another cable or the Amp body itself and short. There should be no metal visible. Use banana plugs or equivalent to prevent this.

2. Both speakers need to be connected to either Speaker A or Speaker B. Of you choose to use Speaker A, then left speaker wire connected to Left connector on Speaker A section of Amp and right speaker to Right connector of Speaker A section. Also take care of polarity, that is wire connected to + on Amp should be connected + on speaker.

3. I see no wire connected to the speaker in your image, I am assuming that's to take a picture.

4. If you have selected speaker A connectors, make sure you enable / select the Speaker A switch on the front panel. Also select the right input source, that is the input connector to which your source is connected to on the back panel.

Did you try calling the seller, he would be able to help you out setting up the system.

Excellent combination BTW. Do post a review once it's all hooked up correctly and singing .

Why to service center? Do you see an issue with the Amp?

I wanted to be sure if nothing else was wrong.. I was told that the amp is fine but the RCA cables I used were faulty.. Need to get new cables and fire it up! Thanks.

The way the speaker connections inputs are placed, it takes lot of effort to connect the speaker wire. So better use banana plugs for simple plug in and plug out.
