yamaha rx-465 and NSP110

I am getting yamaha rx-465 reciever and yamaha NSP110 speakers for 30k. Is this deal okay?. Please let me know your inputs.

I have read good reviews abt rx-v465, but about NSP110 i am not able to decide..Anymore inputs would be appreciated.

Hi,

I own a NSP110 and slowly replaced the fronts and center channel with Torvin FS and center channel, was briefly using polk audio for surrounds. Now back to square one, in a 7.1 setup, I am using the yammy sats for front heights and surrounds. For a 10x10 room, and for entry level speakers, it is okay, but you will start hating it as soon as you listen to a good setup with decent bookshelves. This is strictly for rookies. But I have heard good things about onkyo HTIB why dont you try them.

True,but I was saying abt price as 24k for Old model & so the price for newer 465 is good.

the price is 24500 after discounts at sonodyne kolkata. M sure when u buy it they will reduce it further.

Is Denon 1610 better than rx-v465 ?

Denon shld be for 25k or less.It is better than Yam 465.
I can compare it with 463 as I heard.
1610 sounds powerful than 463,but 463 sounded spacious to me.

Also i found the rates are cheaper in griha vaibhava compared to e-zone.

No...i got hold of Denon 1610 and polk audio 6750. I did not hear good reviews on NSP110. So skipped it.

You can buy the RX-V465 from ebay.in for 21,999/- all inclusive. I know this is a good deal since I know the distributor Savoy.

I am selling my 465 + yamaha 6.1 speakers ,active subwoofer not working + pioneer DVD. again no HDMI support for entire system, Sub's amplification circuit wiring damaged by A RAT ! U can search for circuit diagram and repair the active SUB. For mumbai buyers only , you are welcome for Demo at my place. Cost 22k.

yamha rx-465 available n bangalore for 22k...vector systems brigade road.... check it out if anyone out there wants this system. But i would highly suggest not the get the yamaha speakers they sound very mediocore atleast 110 does.

If a few people are interested in the RX-V465, I can arrange it for a price of Rs.20,000 shipped directly from Savoy India only for hifivision members. I can probably get a slightly lower price if picked up from Mumbai.

I agree the NS-P110 won't do justice to this amp, but in case someone is looking for entry level 5.1 speakers, I can arrange it for Rs.6,500 shipped or Rs.6,000 for Mumbai pick-up. Again this is only for members of this forum.

Just to clarify, I am not a dealer. Shipping, bill & warranty will be taken care of by Savoy India.
