Yamaha RX V371 + NS P40 - Need urgent feedback

Guys - Need urgent expert advice. I am getting a combo deal for 30K for Yamaha RX V371 receiver + NS P40 speaker package. Need your inputs. Is it a good deal or should I go for Onkyo S3500 (27K) or Yamaha YHT - 296 (29K)? My budget can not stretch beyond 30K.

Check this, it seems to be a better deal to me. You get the same AVR and better bookshelves and an active sub with crossover adjustment. All that for 28k and if 5% icici debit card coupon is used then it will cost you 27K.

Thanks Anubhav - saw the offer but I am little sceptical about P70. I could not find any reference to this model in Yamaha India site. It is not referred even as discontinued model. Not many reviews as well. Atleast P40 is a current model and most likely to be the speaker package in YHT - 298 (or whatever the next upgrade to YHT - 296 is going to be) ...

Guys any other suggestions / inputs / feedback ...

NS-P70 and NS-P60 are the same set of speakers. For a HT setup they are good enough.
Google about them, you will surely find some good info. Plus point is that you get an active sub along , that too with crossover frequency manual setting.
