Can you tell us the Audio source? Like is it played direct from Bluray or is it signal from your Cable Set top box?
Make sure you are indeed using a surround sound encoded source (dolby-based or DTS-based), else most probably the source contains stereo audio and you wont be hearing with surround speakers.
