Yamaha vs Denon

Which is better for 40k category? Yamaha or Denon? What are the advantages and disadvantages?

I am leaning on a yamaha 473 receiver, and the price is somewhat 32.5k. Before taking decision, I like to know better.

I need speakers too. How about sonodyne? What are the prices for the speakers which will go well with above range amp?

473 is available below 30k in mumbai so negotiate hard.

Listen to both of them. Try Denon with some bright speakers (say Klipsch).
I own yamaha 471, the predecessor of 473. Its clean, detailed, marginally loose out to denon on Punch, Denon sound field is bit wider. However, overall, I prefer Yamaha, anyone who also wants a musical amp should
