Zappiti is ending

The Zappiti Video software will no longer be compatible with Zappiti's media players and NAS devices. While new movie identification won't be available, here's what you can expect:

• Your existing offline collection will continue to function even after our business closes.
• The Zappiti Explorer interface will remain operational.
• You can still access your movies through your NAS or internal HDD.
• NAS owners can still rip and access video files, preserving their current collections.

Zappiti team is actively working on a solution in the form of a new app that could allow you to keep enjoying your Zappiti products. Please note that a fee may be involved, but Zappiti is still determining whether it will be an ongoing subscription or a one-time charge. To use the new app, you'll need to create a new account and collection. Unfortunately, it won't be possible to retrieve your existing collection, as it will be based on a new cloud infrastructure.

Zappiti Calls It Quits

Zappiti, the French maker of media players & AV servers, is closing its doors. Their cloud service will shut down before the end of 2023. Will a new app allow existing customers to keep using their players?
