Zidoo z10 pro

Hi,
Iam using zidoo z10 pro for past 3 yrs. Connected to maranz 50. Have bkueray,Apple 4k and this zidoo connected to avr.Today when I want to use zidoo in Tv inputs not getting zidoo.
Apple and Blueray didpalying.
When checked in inputs |hide sources z10 pro showing in mainzone and displayed below messge on tv screen
Cant be set as source iz currently use in MAINZONE.

Do factory reset on zidoo.before that disconnect all hard drives
