Please check the Pioneer DVD models. Not sure about the current available model in the market.
The older models ( DV-600, DV-610 ) have 192KHz/24bit DAC.
They are good for CD playback too.

Welcome. Why not a blu ray player with the 192/24?
DVDs are on the way out, so why not format proof yourself for some time at least?

Just out of Curiosity, why do you need a 24/192 DAC if all you want to do is listen to CD which is 16/44?
