Any consumer CD/DVD Player with 24bit/192khz DAC?

I have this but never really used so can't comment much about it other than specifications.

Welcome. Why not a blu ray player with the 192/24?
DVDs are on the way out, so why not format proof yourself for some time at least?

I found only one model of Pioneer on their website and a very bad review of it on Flipkart.

I need the analog RCA outs and a front display. Most BRPs rely on the TV for their display if I am not wrong. My intention is just to play my audio CDs.
Check if you can source sammy Hd-860 from leftover stock. (quite older now)
It also had 14bit video dac too if it really could help.

bought his recently, it has 24/192 DAC. The remote is a bit inconvenient to use and does not have optical out. otherwise ok and its Made in India, if it matters

Look for a Oppo DVD players, I think there is one in the For Sale section the 981H model. I think it meets all your requirements. I am using a 980H model and its a very good player for audio CD and I am using its RCA analog out. It has a tiny front display which shows you the track number along with the details of the source like LPCM/PCM etc.,
Just out of Curiosity, why do you need a 24/192 DAC if all you want to do is listen to CD which is 16/44?
Frankly I don't know. I thought 24/192 delivers the best audio. I might be wrong.

I have used a series of CD / DVD players with the ever changing formats in music over the past 12 years now starting with the famous Sony CDP-S45 used once by DJs before the Denon players with pitch control rolled in.....Pioneer has been a stable DVD brand in my life as it provided good music as well as video performance. Models used by me were DV300, DV400, DV410, DV 3032k etc. The Sound retriever function helped to make the compressed MP3s sound a bit better.
Since I wanted something more cost effective and maximum performance, I went ahead for a Blu Ray player.initially purchased the Pioneer BDP-150 as it has both HDMI as well as analog connection options...it's connected at my mom's house on the Marantz NR1601 7.1 AVR. It reads all audio formats and even a 1TB external HDD without a fuss.
I purchased a Pioneer BDP LX 55 which is a more High End Blu Ray player which has a video card similar to the one used in a OPPO player and separate Audio card....the result is better processing of video and audio and bottom line...I am loving it as it compliments well with my Marantz NR1402+Boston Acoustics Soundware 5.1 speakers....The LX 55 has 2 HDMI connections for separate processing even analog connectors.
The OPPO or Cambridge Audio players are good and has everytihing but yes is too expensive at this point and hence the Pioneer LX 55 serves as a better option and value for money. Both the Blu Ray players have 2 usb slots to connect HDD and pen drives and are upgradable in future in terms of firmware via net download. Both players play all CDs, DVDs, MP3s etc very well and enhance the output and quality.
The key is when playing MP3, ensure that the music files are of high quality, ideally 320kbps or atleast 160kbps or 192kbps....most of us sometimes in the interest of getting more quantity (more songs or movies) compromise on quality (small files to save space).
