Equalizer for streaming music(bubble upnp/ youtube app)

Hi Guys,

Can you please advise on my query!

I currently stream music using Bubble upnp(Android kitkat) and Youtube App. It seems there is no equalizer for both the apps. i want the equalizer to work when i stream the music.
Is there any plugin available in the market which i can install. Iam also open to other apps which give me this facility.

I would be great if someone can guide me.

Will the equalizer work while iam streaming the music. i mean i should be able to hear the difference on my Blue Ray player.

and is it just a bass boost...how about the trebles?

it will work on anything that Android is playing. Bass Boost is a name, it also has a complete 5 band equalizer (check the link I shared)

Can you suggest anything like that for Apple ios? To use any music app in Apple phone.

Hi Sam,

I tried the Bass Booster Pro free version since i wanted to make sure everything works fine before i purchase the app. However i was left disappointed that it didn't work while streaming.

I tried changing the equalization but i didnt hear any difference on the other side.

Oh sorry, wont work while UPnP streaming, thats a different protocol altogether, I apologies maybe I should have read it with more attention. All Equalizers will only work on local mobile speakers or if you streaming using Bluetooth. I have not come across an app that will add audio effects on music playing on UPnP, but let me research on this, there must be some solution .. hold on

OK A quick research led to this awsome player called Neutron ... It can play music from any source (local, networked, UPnP) and through music to any UPnP device or play locally as well, and the best part is has inbuilt equalizers which works pretty good and on the songs that are getting streamed as well. It also has tons of other professional audio effects and features like DSD playback and 64bit playback. Over all very professional music player.

Now coming to "not so good parts"

1. Only has 4 band equalisers (should have been atleast 5) : PS :: EDIT :: You can add a band in the settings ...
2. Its PAID and no lite version. You can have the demo that will work for just 5 days
3. Very expensive 400 rupees. But If I were you I will purchase given the quality of features it offers,

Bass Booster that I mentioned will work on all streaming app, (gaana, saavan and spotify) it just wont work if you try to stream a song playing on mobile to your UPnP connected device. For that my first research has led me to Neutron Player. I will continue to search to see if I can manage to find a cheaper option (since Neutron is expensive)

Will look at this option as well.

Iam amazed as this option is still not available in the market. This is a void which i think can be exploited and am sure will be a instant hit with the users.

I have been searching the net and didnt find anything.
