Hi All,
I have a LG NanoCell TV bought in 2019. Recently the TV started showing blurry screen in bottom of the screen. This blurring is frequent and then the screen goes blank.
I called LG tech support, they sent a service engineer. The service engineer is telling me that the screen needs to be replaced. Now I am not very sure if its the screen problem other than him telling me that this should resolve the problem. He also said that the replacement will have 1 years warranty but if there is any issue other than the screen, it would be chargeable.
I need some way to confirm that this is issue before paying large amount for the screen replacement.
If anyone here has any information on this, would be very helpful to me.
