Hello Forum Members,
This is my first post on this forum and my first proposed hi-fi home audio setup.
I've got my first job a few months back and have saved enough to buy a decent entry-level stereo system(which would possibly be upgraded as and when the time/money comes).
I mostly listen to all forms of trance music-vocal(EDM)/progressive/full-on/dark, etc. and some rock bands like Dead meadow, Porcupine Tree, Radiohead, Pink floyd, etc.
Please suggest me a good pair of floor-standing speakers with a sub and amplifier to go along.
My budget is 60-70K for all the equipment. The dimensions of my room are 12 feet by 20 feet.
I'm not entirely sure if that was the most technical way of putting this but one thing that I'd like to mention that the subwoofer that i need must be able to handle fast music, i.e. in the 160-180 bpm range without the beats mixing into each other.
Also, can a built-in wifi and airplay amplifier be accommodated in my budget?
Please suggest some good stores in and around Gurgaon for the same so I can begin auditioning from tomorrow.
