2D Picture quality

Sony HX750. No contest. Even EX650 and EX430 have better PQ than the other two models you listed.

The LG one has poor blacks and contrast and the Samsung one has poor colors, seen both a couple of times at Croma and other stores. Of course, don't just take my word for it, you can check reviews online.

1.As per my room size i prefer a 32" tv, so are the PQ differences prominent in 32" models.
2.Forget samsung but is pq of Lg LM series that bad ,that i should be sacrificing its passive 3D and attrctive deals over a sony

PQ differences in 32" will not be that glaring. You need to be aware of LED light bleeding. Seach google and google images for light bleed to know what that means. LG LM series is not bad at all, just the Sony is better because their panels provide better contrast.

What's your take on sony's 3D

Forget 3D on 32". To enjoy 3D, you must have very large screens.

The PQ of LG TVs isn't "bad" per se. But the thing is they have very poor blacks, black looks dark grey compared to Sony/Samsung sets due to the IPS panel used. And good contrast is very important for a "good" picture. Colors are decent though. Just that black levels and motion handling is inferior in LG sets.

If you are okay with greyish blacks or are not too picky then LG is good. Also keep the pricing also in consideration. If you are getting the LG model for 10k less or more then LG should be preferred.

I know guys atleast 40" is needed for a 3D but my budget is allowing only EH6030 in 40" but that has a bad pq imo. Isn't it ?

For how much are you getting 40 inc LG 3D TV? You can go with LG or Samsung whichever is giving better deal. Sacrifice a bit with 2D PQ

It's always good to stick with best 2D pic quality cause 2D will be used for more than 95% of times unless you have good collection of 3D movies.

Ok so here I am quoting the best prices and deals I am getting please help me to choose the best one:

1. SAMSUNG UA32EH6030- 34,800 + 51 MOVIE DVD PACK
2. SAMSUNG UA40EH6030- 52,900 + 51 MOVIE DVD PACK
3. SONY EHX750 (32")- 52,900 + 8GB pen drive (WITH MIB3 3D)
4. SONY EHX750 (40")*- 80,000 +8GB pen drive (WITH MIB3 3D)
5. LG 32LM6400- 51,000
6. LG 32LM6410- 56,000 (3D BLU RAY PLAYER+ 3 3D MOVIE TITLES+ 8GB PEN DRIVE)

*= OUT OF BUDGET

PS- How about buying a 32" EHX750 and buying a blu ray player for about 3000

Kindly give your suggestions

Hmmm. See the thing is spending 54k for a 32 inch 3D TV doesn't make much sense. You need 40 incher or more to enjoy 3D.

I think you should choose the Samsung 40 EH6030.

What's your viewing distance ?

go for option 2...........bigger is better in display considering our afforidibility...

if your use for movies only mainly...why dont buying plasmas.no led can match plasma picture quality.....much cheaper.
sammy 490 43k only......43 inch 3d model.......however plasmas need some special care to prevent image retention.if you are open to this can buy it...

otherwise pay 56k........get a sony ex650 40 inch...........be happy.no point buying a 32 incher paying more than 27k.......max
