2Stepdance shipment lost!!!! Help

Hi All,
Last Jan 16th I ordered a 2Stepdance headphone amplifier from Meier Audio. Last Jan 30th got received in Delhi customs. But after that no details. I went to chennai customs, they said "it got sent to local destination but not received in chennai. So we are not able to track." And they asked me to call Delhi customs to get mail no. [not the shipment no for tracking, they have another mail no. from Delhi to chennai for internal tracking purpose], But delhi didnt answer properly. And I am not able to get the no. too. I informed this to chennai checking department, they asked me to lodge complaint online. Anyone knows how to track the shipment and to whom i should i make the complaint. Please help me in this regard.

I ordered straight away from Jan Meier of Corda Audio, Germany, It was sent through deutsche registered post.

I ordered on 20th Jan and got it on 9th Feb. Mine passed through Delhi on 3rd. So, by all means badri's should have reached earlier.

If its a registered post, the sender can put a track on it and see where it is at. Every stop is documented for such delivery.

Yes Santhosh on Jan 30th it got released from Delhi customs. But it didnt come to chennai. I went to customs office and met checkings department incharge, she said, there is record telling it was sent to chennai, but we didnt receive anything so far, so to track we need to have the mailing number which they use to track the location, this is other than shipping id. And they asked me to call delhi customs and try to get the mailing number, but delhi customs didnt give proper reply. I informed chennai customs the same, but no use. They asked me to file a complaint. And informed the sender too. He said he will check with German post office, and he assured me he will send a replacment in case of missing. But I want to track the missing consignment. Its waste of cost and time if the sender sends a replacement. And it will give him a bad impression about our country. Coming monday I am planning to meet chennai customs checking department incharge to get some solution. Anyone has got the same experience? If yes what did you do to track shipment? It would help me. Thanks.
