32/40 LED/LCD for Gaming...Suggestions please.

Have been on the hunt for a LED/LCD that is bang for the buck.

Budget - preferably under 40K
Models shortlisted so far
Sony EX520
Samsung 32D5000 - Rs. 36,000
Philips 32PFL5556 - Rs. 31,000

Requirements:
LED/LCD
Full HD
PC connectivity
Scan Rate of 100Hz and above so that it can efficiently handle gaming action.

Could you please come up with more suggestions?
How good are the Indian players like Onida and Videocon?

better avoid Philips poor service

sony has lesser input lag on the other side samsung has better contrast(black level)

Samsung is a no no for Gaming. Samsung TVs have one of the highest input lag in the industry.

I'd say LG with 200Hz True Motion. If possible the Cinema 3D one (LW series), if 3D games or movies are in scope
