32 inch full HD LCD or 42 inch HD ready Plasma

At the entry level Samsung is regarded as equally good if not better. I personally went for 43D490 which is a 3D set for 40k. Since Panasonic had no competing model the decision was easy.

Hey.. where did u get a D490 for 40k? Its costing 48k here in bangalore.

Hi Rohan,

Congrats on your decision, however just a small note to inform you that the 42" covers 72% more area than a 32". I don't know if it is budget constrain, but 42" offers a far better viewing experience than a 32". Plasma offer better and natural color depth and wider viewing area.
