@bijay : thanks for the reply. I will have a look at cx 320. Is LG's lk311 a good buy ?

@denZong : by the time i posted first one- power went off. When power came back i searched for the thread but it wasn't there. So i created again and then i gotta know that it's waiting for mod's approval. *sighs*

If its a showroom purchase get a samsung D580,if its grey market aka national market in bangalore get the Sony 32CX520 for about 25k.

i will consider Samsung d580 as you said. I have to buy in showroom only as I'm purchasing it in Belgaum. I am not looking for full hd or led. I only prefer best PQ,Hdmi,usb, 90% of the time it will be used for normal tv watching. May be other 10% will be for watching hd content from usb and occasional dvd playback.
