:thumbsup: for this model..no 1 VFM tv as of now having at par if not better picture quality of 60k leds

If budget is not a issue you can look at the Sony 40W900.

I feel that one should stay away from the f4900 plasma if one has the slightest concern for 2d PQ.
A panasonic led range within the budget is a safer option.
