42-46 " LED TV for this festival season

Hi,

I am planning to buy a 42-46" LED TV this festive season. Interested only in LED not in plasma. Can you recommend what is the best choice, i have in my mind Sony, Samsung and LG Cinema. I am not sure what model to look for in Sony and Samsung, please suggest. My budget is around 1-1.2L

With that budget take a look at the Sharp Quattron Aquos range. The LE40-LC830M with a screen size of 40" has an MRP of 1.3L but actually being sold from 90K upwards in Dilli. This model is Sharp's top of the line besides being the latest and is being currently sold in all countries Worldwide. Available in 40", 46", 55" and 60". If you do not need 3D then you could look at their 820 series.

I belive LG samsung and sony will be better choice for new commer.

I did not bother to see the unit, since it was not in my budget. But that sharp tv was flashing on the wall and dragged me to it. The sales person said some 2L for 46 incher and I asked for 1L........ few laughs there :lol:.

Is Sony 46NX720 is the equivalent model to Samsung 46D6600 ??? My confusion is why Samsung is way to high priced compare to Sony, i could not find any specific features that is costing this difference. Can some one throw light on this please? Sony even has wi-fi adapter, but for samsung we need to buy separately.

Samsung and LG MRP's little inflated , dont be fooled by them. You can ask for a 20% to 30% bargain on MRP . Where as sony 4 to 5% as they maintain close MRPs.
