42-47 inches LED Sony/Samsung

Hi Friends,

I am looking out for a Full HD LED with very good PQ & the following preference.

1) Non Smart preferably, as they are very pricey.

2) The LED is for use in my living room for watching basically TV shows on Tata SKY.

2) Viewing distance is 7-8 feet, so confused b/w 42 or 47 inches

3) Would like the LED to play videos from USB drives.

4) Any good suggestions for the above in Sony & Samsung
