5x/10x speed

Is it any difference between 5x/10x speed currently Reliance advertisement "Digital TV HD Set Top-Box uses cutting edge technology to up-scale the existing video resolution to 1080p at 50 Hz, popularly known as Full HD, by enlarging and digitally processing the video 10 times."

What about for 100Hz or 200 Hz??

What about for 100Hz or 200 Hz??

Well its not the speed they are saying the quality will be 5x more compared to SD picture by upscaling it to 1080p.

From what i hear from the owners there is negligence difference to no difference(if you have good upscaler in tv).
