Hi fellow members,

I require a 65 inch TV for my bedroom.
Use case: All movie genres, PS5 gaming

I am getting both in the range of 1.2-1.3 lakh in north delhi and I am more inclined towards Samsung for its deeper blacks.
Does lack of dolby vision in samsung going to affect movie experience on netflix ?

The Samsung definately does blacks better than the Sony. The QN85C has a shadow detail setting to help as well.

DV is over rated to be honest especially on streaming services (quite a few streaming services make a mess of DV). The stream will default to HDR10/HDR10+ on a Samsung and not perceptually worse than DV.

Which shop u r getting these deal for x90l 65 inch tv

When I did the picture comparison between LG and Samsung side by side, I thought LG had better picture, overall, in the similar price range in 65in 4K 120hz. Finally settled for the 65QNED LG. My first LG after Sony 4K full array failed.
The LG came for roughly 82K

I would think twice before buying Samsung again..... Their after sales service is horrible. My extended warranty ended on 23 April 24 and the display panel needed replacement on 07 June 24......

Which LG model was it? Did it come with 120hz refresh rate?

Bangalore, after scratch back and some offers it came to 65k incl lo cost emi interest.. I was impressed with black levels in the set despite the lg store saying it's an ips panel.. Last year's Qned90 65 was listed at 1.29 lac before discount so again that wud have fallen near 1.05l or lesser too..
Person went willing to see hisense miniled as budget was low, saw u6n in Rd which easily was beaten by qned 83(VA) quoted at 66k all in at Rd went to lg shoppee and they beat the deal with free 3 yr warranty upper model with higher processor at same price. Their original target was 40k but with poor reliability and after sales service they went with better brand. Btw tcl 755 miniled was punching decent power despite being next to Bravia 7 altho reliability again became a reason not to go there.

Which LG Shoppe in Bengaluru offered the deal of mini led QNED 90 65 inch below 1.29 lakhs ?

.

They are quoting 1.2 lakh for QNED 90 SQA model(2023) maybe upto today. Some reviews were not kind to that model. So I was looking at 2024 AI model 65QNED 90T6A with higher MRP in their website. It seems it will be launched only in September 24.

I had compared 65 inch hisense U7N with Sony 82L and another LG QNED TV(forgot model). Hisense was overall ahead in brightness, sharpness etc compared to Sony which is not mini LED. Even in upscaling SD content it was comparable to Sony. LG colors were rich and but not natural but picture quality was better in other two . All these as per showroom setting in RD Sahakarnagar. Only after sales of Hisense and TCL is doubting factor.

Not yet although Amazon price is attractive but the question is whether Hisense will be in India for longer duration, besides the service aspect in immediate future, is not clear. The price gap of LG or Samsung for similarly placed mini Leds is huge Rs.35-45000 more.
