What exactly is your question? If you play a Blu-Ray from a PC vs say a good Blu-Ray player, in terms of the picture, you will see no difference. Both pictures are 1080P and there is no scaling or any other difference in the video.

As long as the audio is sent in digital form, and is processed by an external processor, again there will no difference.
