advice needed to purchase a 32inch led tv under 40k

hello all few days ago i went to purchase a 32inch led tv, so i went to reliance digital just to have a visual experience having watched all the tvs showcased there i shortlisted sony32w600 and samsung32f5500 and my budget is 40k,so can any one please give me advice on which product to go for or is there any other with better features and picture quality than the above two product can u please advice me(sorry for my english)
