Amazon prime Unable to play 4k

Amazon prime not playing all titles in 4k, how to resolve this issue??
Earlier i thought something must be wrong with my iffalcon tv due to 2.4 ghz wifi only but it playing Citadel in 4k very smoothly without any issue.
then i connected my tv to router using lan wire but still facing same issue.

please help.
 
4k HDR, and 5.1 Prime content works in firestick ( dependent on device - 4k models and cube - not all support 4K ).
if they are connected to AVR , you should be able to see the basic details of audio stream.

I don't think it's fake... It's just not labelled properly.

If you see HD logo 5.1 etc that title is just 1080p.

If you see UHD or sometimes just HDR it's 4k resolution.

And yep not all titles are 4k UHD on prime video of course, like similarly for Netflix even if your subscription is 4k plan not all titles are 4k.
 
Oh then that way none of the online streaming services like even Netflix deliver "proper" 4k due to higher compression compared to say a "proper" 4k Blu ray disc, except maybe something like Sony Bravia Core high bit rate stream?
 
I am not using any external media player as of now.
Many titles showing 4k but playing @ HD only.
I noticed Prime Original web series playing @ UHD.
If my hardware is the culprit then how come prime original series playing @4K?
Don't know what i am missing here or something wrong with Prime.

what is the hardware device ?
 
hope the apps are updated to latest.
+ most of the time issue is related to bandwidth - Wifi can be an issue most of the time.
- use 5Ghz if available, else LAN cable.
- check Router status for no of connected devices, force close unwanted connection for testing if this improves.

All app updated to latest.
5Ghz not supported by tv so already using Lan cable.
Not many devices connected to router.
Using 200 mbps connection so bandwidth is not the culprit here and most important prime original series playing smoothly 4K.
 
I forgot to mention my router replaced 2 weeks earlier and i always use mac filtering for additional security but in this new PPC fiber router i am not able to activate mac filtering due to new interface and many new option which i have never seen before.
So i am not sure if unauthorised people using my Excitel fiber connection.
This need ro be fix, someone please help
