amp that goes well with MA bx1/bx2

my friend told me to get m01 tube amp
what else is good with this either bookshelf speaker?
im getting a sound card too. asus xonar essense stx

Getting a sound card will improve the sound definitely. I have the Asus Xonar ST and it has improved the complete sound for my setup a lot. Although it would make it very essential for you to match your amp and speaker combo with the sound card.

In my case my setup with Topping Amp + Xonar ST + Cambridge Audio dint match well (I found it a little sibilant) however, Yamaha A-S500 + Xonar ST + Wharfedale 9.1 matched very well.

during my audition i loved the way ma bx2 sounded very good with an marantz pm5003/6003!...

Try MA BX2 with Yamaha. You'll be moved.
I tried with Yamaha RX-A810 only. It's simply amazing.
