If you need a android box than look for Nvidia Shield but you will have to get it imported from USA, there may be few selling locally though.
if you just need for streaming purpose than better to buy Firestick 4k from Amazon, much cheaper and does better work than most Android boxes.

Yeah..nvidia shield is best but not getting easily.
I wanted to use it for streaming as well for movies through USB and should play 5.1 with TrueHD.

Most of the android boxes won't future proof for 4k playback on usb/hdd.
For this, nvidia shield is best bet but is pricey option.
Apple TV with infuse is also an option, but has some limitations on audio support.

I have a 2017 Shield purchased from Amazon.com in July 2018, I might let it go (if price is right) to buy 2019 Nvidia Tv for its AI Upscaling, heard good things about it.

Himedia 900B is1080P, I am looking for 4K

I am another one as well HiMedia H8 Plus, it is better then Himedia 900B and support 4K too but it doesnt has HDD enclosure like 900B has, you need to attached HDD via USB

But I do not think it supports 4K or Atmos on Netflix and Amazon prime. Your best bet would be Nvidia shield.

AFAIK it doesn't. But frankly, how much 3D content is available at present. Also, your TV/Projector should also be supporting 3D. Asking for too much I feel.
