Any first-hand experiences of vplak.com?

Hi,

I found Marantz Cinema 60 at the lowest cost at www.vplak.com https://www.vplak.com/marantz-cinema-60-channel-av-receiver-p5196
It's higher everywhere else.
I did a bit of digging around vplak.com and I found that their customer support is spotty, refunds are spotty, but I also found people having bought expensive stuff from them. They also offer a cash on delivery option, which I believe would cover any delivery or customer service risks or refund risks etc. Any thoughts?
Any users of vplak.com on this site? Any first-hand experiences would help.

Glad you dodged a bullet there. The forum is full of comments warning members to steer away from Vplak. Better to choose peace of mind over money.
