Dears Plz help me out for one issue.
I have LG 3D cinema 32 LM5800,
When i play 3d movies through USB hard drive after sometime audio is mute automatically and i have to switch off TV and again switch on to get audio but again after sometime around 7-10 minutes audio is muted.

Please help me out why this issue is disturbing me and how to fix it.

Regards.

Though a google search might yield some result, but it seems to me it might be some sort of standby feature of the TV (maybe a bug which is why it gets activated even when TV is playing). You can try and keep TV remote with yourself and press any unobtrusive key after 5-6 minutes to confirm if that is really the case.

Edit : PS : The use of the word Genius has been so common in todays language, that it sounds infact derogatory (to both, the word and the person its been used for). A better term IMO, on forums is expert.

I suppose the problem with 3D movies only, and you have tried playing multiple 3d movies and all of them have the same problem.
Please answer the following so that i can help you.

1.What is the average size of the 3d movie you are playing?
(I suppose over 10gb?)
2.Have you played any other non 3D movie of similar size and format as 3D movie without this problem?
2.What is the size of the Hard Disk connected?
3.Does the movie play perfectly on a pc?
4.Is your TV on the latest firmware?

In the meanwhile i would also suggest you to copy the first 15 mins of the film into a new file and see if it plays properly.Since the problem occurs in a maximum of 10 minutes so 15 mins should suffice. You can also download any 15 minute 3d video (demo/trailers/anything) from the internet and see if it plays smoothly.

EDIT: You can change the thread title to "LG 32LM5800 Audio problem".This way more people would come up to help.
